I recently enjoyed a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St Louis Shiloh/O'Fallon, and I must say, the experience was largely positive. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond, particularly Denise at the front desk; her professionalism and warmth set a welcoming tone throughout our visit. While breakfast isn't included with the room, the selection was fantastic—Brandi made sure every morning started off right, attending to our needs before we even realized we had them. I appreciate that the hotel has embraced more accessible amenities, with spacious rooms and walk-in showers that cater perfectly to those of us requiring a bit of extra consideration. The indoor pool and fitness center were added bonuses for my family, making the stay feel even more like a mini-holiday.
